Side effects with Monural include vomiting (uncommon, in ≥1/1,000 to <1/100 patients) and abdominal pain (common in ≥1/100 to <1/10 patients). Typically, these symptoms are limited in time and should go away on their own. However, if they last for the 5th day and you do not feel any improvement or the ailments intensify, I recommend an immediate visit to the doctor to rule out other causes.
