Good morning,
I inserted the hormonal disc 3.5 hours later than I should - a week ago I took it out at 10:00 p.m. and after a week-long break, I inserted it at 1:30 a.m., which is 3.5 hours later than I had. Is contraceptive protection lowered at this point? What are the chances of getting pregnant with intercourse in the first week after inserting the disc with such a delay?

Such a small delay (3.5 hours) at the start of a new cycle with the disc does not significantly affect the contraceptive effectiveness, as long as the break did not exceed 7 days. In your case, the break was practically maintained, so the protection should be maintained.
The risk of getting pregnant during intercourse in the first week is very low. However, for greater safety, some specialists recommend using an additional method (e.g. a condom) for the first 7 days after insertion, if there were any deviations from the regimen.
