Good afternoon. Can you take two paramats together TEZEO 40 and Bigital? After a month of taking TEZEO, the pressure is good early, and in the afternoon there is a headache and high blood pressure, the heart also jumps out.

TEZEO 40 (telmisartan) can in some cases be combined with preparations containing a beta-blocker, such as Bigital (bisoprolol), but such therapy should always be carried out under the supervision of a doctor. This is not a set that turns on on its own.
The symptoms you describe (afternoon blood pressure, headache, 'raging' heart) may mean that your current treatment does not work evenly throughout the day, or requires you to adjust your dose or time of intake. Sometimes you need to add a second medicine – but the decision is made by your doctor after assessing your blood pressure and heart rate measurements.
Keep a thorough diary for a few days (morning and afternoon/evening, with a record of your heart rate) and then see a doctor. If you experience severe heart palpitations, very high blood pressure or severe headache – it is not worth delaying the consultation.
