Tiredness and sleep disturbances are rare side effects seen in patients taking Trimbow. It is difficult to assess whether the described side effects will gradually disappear after long-term use (it is a matter of individual reaction to the drug). If there is no improvement (or worsening of side effects) in the next few weeks, you should consult your doctor about changing your treatment.
