Which antibiotic will work similarly or in the same way as Cipronex? I can't take furagina because I have constipation and a terrible cough. After monural, I never see any improvement, and the cultures come out clean, and the symptoms are.

The most similar to Cipronex are other quinolones (e.g. Nolicin, Levoxa), but with pure cultures, their use often does not make sense.
All of them are available on prescription, so their use must be decided by a doctor.
If Monural does not work and the symptoms are, the problem may not be bacterial (e.g. overactive or painful bladder). In such a situation, changing the antibiotic usually does not solve the cause.
Further urological diagnostics may be necessary.
