Taking Aclotin and Nimesil at the same time may increase the risk of bleeding (as well as bruising, nosebleeds, etc.). If both medicines have been prescribed by the same doctor, the dosage regimen should be followed. Otherwise, the use of other painkillers such as paracetamol or pyralgine should be considered.
