Mibrex (rivaroxaban) is an anticoagulant medicine, which means that it increases the tendency to bleed. Therefore, you should be especially careful about the selection of painkillers. The use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen, ketoprofen or naproxen is not recommended, as they significantly increase the risk of bleeding when used with Mibrex.

In the case of menstrual pain, the drug of first choice is paracetamol, which does not significantly affect blood clotting and is considered safer in this situation. It is also worth considering the use of antispasmodic drugs, e.g. No-spa Max.

If the pain is severe and over-the-counter medications do not help, it is worth consulting a doctor. It is necessary to choose a different treatment, but it should be individually tailored to the patient's needs.

Through Gdziepolki it is possible to book medicines in a selected pharmacy in Polish:
