In the described situation, the risk of pregnancy is practically zero. In order for fertilization to occur, sperm must be introduced directly into the reproductive tract (vagina) under appropriate conditions. Indirect contact – through a glove, clothing, toilet paper or skin – does not pose a real risk of pregnancy.

In addition, sperm outside the body lose their ability to move and fertilize very quickly, especially after contact with air, surfaces or absorbent materials.

I understand that the situation may have scared you, but in this case there is no reason to worry. However, if menstruation is delayed for other reasons, a pregnancy test can be performed for peace of mind – but from a medical point of view, the described scenario does not lead to fertilization.
