Good morning I have been taking Bijuva for 1 year. I have gained several pounds and I have water retention. I asked my gynecologist who told me that there is no scientific evidence of my symptoms. But a friend of mine who takes it has the same problem. He told me that all the alternatives are outdated compared to Bijuva. I am beginning to have doubts about what he says. Is there a doctor who can clarify my doubts on this chat? Thank you

Pharmacists provide answers on our forum.
If you want to take advantage of medical advice, I encourage you to make an appointment for a paid teleconsultation in Polish, e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:
https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
Common side effects with Bijuva include, m.in weight gain. These symptoms are reported in less than 1 in 10 people taking Bijuva, but fluid retention in the lower extremities is seen as an uncommon side effect, i.e. it may affect up to 1 in 100 people taking Bijuva.
In the event that the ailments persist and are bothersome, I encourage you to consult your doctor again. I also encourage you to report any side effects of the drug. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over commercially available medicines. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article:

I attach a link to check the availability of Bijuva and make a reservation in the pharmacy of your choice:
