For what diseases can you take Duomox?

Duomox is an antibiotic that is indicated for the treatment of the following infections in children and adults:

 Acute bacterial sinusitis

 Acute otitis media

 Acute streptococcal tonsillitis and pharyngitis

 Exacerbation of chronic bronchitis

 Out-of-hospital pneumonia

 Acute cystitis

 Asymptomatic bacteriuria during pregnancy

 Acute pyelonephritis

 Typhoid fever and typhoid fever

 Peridental abscess with spreading connective tissue inflammation

 Infections associated with prosthetic joints

Eradication of Helicobacter pylori

 Lyme disease

Duomox is also indicated in the prevention of endocarditis.

Important recommendations for antibiotic therapy:

- antibiotics should not be used prophylactically and without medical indications

- antibiotics do not work on viruses and should not be used to treat viral infections

- antibiotic therapy must not be interrupted - this causes an increase in resistance to the drug and makes it difficult to treat subsequent infections

- when taking antibiotics, take probiotics as a shield
