Such symptoms do not look like typical, mild side effects and after such a long time of use, they definitely require medical consultation.
Swelling and oozing lesions or scabs on the skin may indicate an allergic reaction, irritation or superinfection. Do not increase your dose without your doctor's assessment – you may need to change your treatment or take a break. Until the visit, it is worth gently caring for the skin (gentle washing, without irritating cosmetics) and observe whether there is any pain, fever or rapid swelling - then please see a doctor immediately.
