I'm planning to move to Poland, I have chronic hepatitis B, I'm currently taking tenofovir. Is it possible in practice to have this drug every month in Poland, considering that from what I have heard, you get only 30 tablets, and before each subsequent prescription a visit to the doctor is requested.
Can someone tell us what it looks like in practice?

It is possible to obtain reimbursement for Tenofovir for the treatment of Hepatitis B as part of a drug program run, among m.in others, by clinics and infectious disease hospitals. The intervals between visits depend on the patient's condition and tolerability of treatment. They can be 1 month, 3 or even 6 months.
Each drug program has appropriate criteria for inclusion and exclusion of the patient. I encourage you to contact the clinic where you will want to continue your treatment. After reviewing your documentation, the doctor will give the most appropriate answer.
If you do not qualify for the drug program, you can buy the drug for a full fee in a pharmacy, upon presentation of a prescription. I attach a link to check the availability of the drug and make a reservation in the selected pharmacy:
