If you stop taking Mononit, you may get a headache, especially if you have taken a high dose and stopped suddenly. Such pain usually passes after a few days, when the body adapts to the lack of medicine. A possible headache may result, m.in, from fluctuations in blood pressure after discontinuation of therapy. Prolonged pain or accompanied by worrying symptoms (such as chest pain) should be consulted with a doctor.
