In this situation, you should not take a double dose – it is best to skip the evening dose and take one tablet the next day, as prescribed by your doctor.
Lacipil (lacidipine) has a long-term effect, so a one-time change in the time of intake should not significantly affect the effectiveness of treatment. It is worth checking your blood pressure for a few days and paying attention to possible dizziness or a feeling of weakness, and in case of worrying symptoms, contact your doctor.
