Alcohol is not recommended with Dicloberl Retard (diclofenac) - it increases the risk of stomach irritation and bleeding. It is safest to keep at least a 12-24 hour break from the last dose.
Prostamol does not interact significantly with alcohol.
If you're already planning a glass of champagne, make sure you don't take Dicloberl on that day, drink a small amount and avoid alcohol on an empty stomach.
