Can I stop using Blocard after two weeks of use if I feel very unwell after it?

Hello! I have been taking Blockard 1.25 grams for twelve days. My side effects only increase. They interfere with life, work, but I'm also afraid to quit on my own. I can get to the attending physician only on January 8. Tell me, can you quit on your own in this case or tolerate it? Regards!

Treatment with Blocard must not be stopped abruptly without a strong need (especially in patients with ischaemic heart disease) as this may lead to transient worsening of heart disease. The drug has been used for quite a short time, so the ailments associated with stopping the use should not be very intense, nevertheless - it is worth consulting a doctor. The most common side effects with Blocard are dizziness and headaches, feeling tired, gastrointestinal discomfort. Any other heart and circulatory problems should be reported to the doctor in charge of the treatment as soon as possible.
