I strongly advise against taking the second tablet of Costarox (etoricoxib) within 2 hours, because the drug is used once a day in the recommended doses (e.g. 30-120 mg depending on the indication), and too short an interval threatens overdose, intensification of side effects such as cardiovascular, liver or stomach problems.
Follow your doctor's instructions – the daily dose must not be exceeded, and in case of severe pain, consult your doctor urgently to evaluate therapy or additional painkillers.
