Is there a risk of pregnancy after stopping Provera, intercourse 2 days later and the occurrence of spotting for a few days?
Hello, I took provera for 3 months for endometrial hyperplasia. 5.12 I took the last pill 7.12 I had intercourse on 11.12 a slight spotting started which lasted 4 days . Is there a possibility that I will get pregnant ???

The possibility of pregnancy is not completely ruled out, but in this situation it is rather small.
Provera (medroxyprogesterone) inhibits ovulation, and after its discontinuation, withdrawal bleeding often occurs, which matches the spotting described. However, if intercourse took place unprotected and the cycle begins to regulate, ovulation could theoretically have occurred. To be sure, I recommend taking a pregnancy test about 14 days after intercourse or determining β-hCG from the blood and consulting a gynecologist, especially when treating endometrial hyperplasia. Confirmation of the absence of pregnancy can be a pregnancy test performed after about 10 days after intercourse:
