No, Ryeqo does not lower hemoglobin levels. Its use usually reduces menstrual bleeding, which in many patients leads to an improvement in hemoglobin levels rather than a decrease in it.
A decrease in haemoglobin is not a typical side effect of Ryeqo. So if you have symptoms of anemia or test results are getting worse, you should consult your doctor to determine another possible cause.
