It is usually recommended to have at least a 1-2 hour gap between taking Duspatalin and Smecta.

Smecta has an adsorptive effect in the gut and may reduce the absorption of other medications if taken at the same time. It is best to take Duspatalin as recommended first and take Smecta after a reasonable amount of time. Thanks to this, both drugs will maintain their effectiveness.
