Can Rizmoic be used for constipation and abdominal pain after long-term use of Targine 10 mg?

I have been taking targin 10 mg a single tablet in the evening before going to bed for about fifty days, now I have left abdominal pain and problems evacuating, almost static, could the rizmoic work ..?
