Can Zenmem cause walking problems and orientation disorders?

Yes, Zenmen (memantine) can cause side effects from the nervous system, including dizziness, balance problems or orientation disorders, especially at the beginning of treatment or in sensitive people.

Do not discontinue the medication on your own, as abrupt discontinuation may cause worsening of the underlying symptoms or side effects. If symptoms are worse or make it difficult to function daily, you should consult your doctor, who can adjust the dose or recommend safe discontinuation.
