Pyralgina for children is available with a prescription. The drug comes in the form of an oral solution. Dosage according to the guidelines given in the summary of product characteristics:
Body weight: 16–23 kg (4–6 years) – single dose: 5–15 drops = 125–375 mg.

A clear effect of the drug can be expected within 30 to 60 minutes of oral administration. A single dose can be taken no more than 4 times a day at intervals of 6-8 hours.
