There was no risk of sleep disturbances while taking Silimarol. Rare side effects are rather related to the effect of the drug on the functioning of the digestive tract. Some patients may be individually hypersensitive to certain components of medicinal products. If you observe a similar situation after subsequent doses of Silymarol, you should stop using it.
