Lenzetto is a preparation containing estradiol. It is not a drug registered as a typical product for the treatment of acne. Your doctor may recommend the use of Lenzetto outside the indications, based on your knowledge and clinical experience. Off-label treatment, i.e. outside the indications, should always be done on recommendation and under the supervision of a doctor.
In rare cases, elevations in triglyceride levels have been reported during Lenzetto.
