Feroplex contains the active ingredient iron proteiniane succinate and does not contain nickel in the composition. So there is no direct risk of an allergic reaction to nickel due to the use of this drug.
However, if there have been previous reactions to other iron preparations, it is worth being careful. If you experience rash, itching or other allergic symptoms, discontinue use and contact your doctor.
