The plant extracts it contains, such as maca, ashwagandha or ginseng, in such small amounts do not interact significantly with the hormones of the combined contraceptive pill. However, with regular and high intake of supplements containing these ingredients, it is worth being careful and consulting a doctor, as some adaptogens can affect drug metabolism to some extent.
