Can I put on a gynoring disc after a 2-week break from the previous disc? I have the impression that I have already ovulated, but I would not like to wait until the next period, but put it on now

In order to maintain protection, Ginoring should be used in a cycle - 3 weeks with the disc, 1 week break, then a new disc for another 3 weeks, etc.
The interval between pucks cannot be longer than 7 days – then protection will be provided.

If for some reason you have extended the break to 2 weeks – you should wait for the bleeding and only then apply a new disc. If intercourse took place during the break without additional protection (condoms), there is a risk of pregnancy. Therefore, if bleeding does not occur, a pregnancy test should be performed.

I don't quite understand why you extended the break to 2 weeks. Applying the disc on the first day of menstruation applies only to the first disc. The next ones should be used according to the scheme I described above.
