Will anything happen if I run out of one dose of Wellbutrin XR for Sunday?

I take Welbutrin 150mg x2 per day for a long time. Unfortunately, I miscalculated the medication and for tomorrow I had only one pill left. Can a smaller dose affect the effectiveness of the treatment at one time or just take 2 tablets normally on Monday?

If you run out of medicine for today, you can take one tablet exceptionally, and from tomorrow again 2 times 150 mg.
Missing one dose should not be noticeable.

Bupropion has a relatively long half-life (approx. 20 hours for the parent substance and up to 37 hours for the active metabolites). As a result, the level of the drug in the blood decreases slowly, so a single missed dose should not significantly affect the mood or effectiveness of the therapy.
