Could heavy sweating and trembling of the legs after 2 hours of taking Klacid 500 mg be a side effect of the drug?
I took KLACID 500 mg after having a dental implant in the evening immediately after dinner. after 2 hours heavy sweating and trembling legs. Today I didn't take it anymore and it was fine

Yes, the symptoms described can be side effects after using Clacid (clarithromycin), although they are not the most common.
It is important not to discontinue the antibiotic prescribed after the procedure on your own, as a full treatment protects the implant from infection. Contact your dentist as soon as possible to assess whether you need to change your antibiotic. Until the consultation, it is not worth taking further doses on your own. If symptoms worsen (e.g. shortness of breath, palpitations, allergic reaction), see a doctor urgently.
