If I took neurotop for 5 days only at night a small dose of 150mg, how to discontinue?can you stop right away? I also have to stop Lavetiracetam, I have severe symptoms of too many drugs.

Neurotope (carbamazepine) usually requires gradual discontinuation to avoid the risk of seizures and other side effects, however, after such a short time (5 days at a low dose), the risk of abrupt withdrawal is small.
Levetiracetam is also best reduced gradually, as stopping too quickly can worsen neurological symptoms.
However, the decision to stop or change treatment should be made by your doctor, especially if the medication was prescribed for epilepsy or other neurological disorders. If the symptoms are severe, do not hesitate to contact your doctor.
