I always take Logest contraceptive pills around 8 a.m. and today (Wednesday) when I took the pill at 7 a.m., later at 11 p.m. I woke up from sleep and mistakenly took the next one, what if I did? This is the first time something like this has happened to me and I don't know whether to continue taking it as I did so far in the morning or how I should proceed?
Should I take the next pill only on Friday morning? HELP

Taking an additional pill does not affect the effectiveness of contraception. The next tablet should be taken as usual at a fixed time - i.e. today, around 8 a.m. Then protection will be provided.
Subsequent tablets should also be taken in the morning (i.e. the same as before).
Since you will be missing the 21st tablet in this blister, the 7-day bleeding break should be taken one day earlier than usual, i.e. after the 20th tablet. This cycle will last 27 days, not 28 days as usual. Nevertheless, protection will be provided at all times.
Lower abdominal pain, breast tenderness, bleeding or intracyclic spotting may occur, but they do not always occur. Please continue to use the medicine in spite of everything. The situation will regulate in the coming days.
