Lamotrigine may require an individual dose tailored to your symptoms. If, despite the use of 2x175 mg, there are still recurrences of image waves, it is worth consulting a neurologist who will assess the effectiveness of the therapy and possibly change the dose or medication. Do not modify the dosage yourself. Such symptoms may indicate the need to optimize treatment.
