Does skipping half a dose of Clexane 40 mg require intervention?

Good morning
For a few days now, I have been taking Clexane 40 mg once a day due to a sprain in my ankle. Yesterday I took the sixth dose, but by mistake I injected only half of the liquid from the syringe. Is this a cause for concern?

A single administration of half a dose of Clexane is usually not a major risk, but may temporarily reduce anticoagulant protection. Continue treatment according to the current schedule and inform the treating doctor about the situation. If you experience pain, swelling, shortness of breath or other disturbing symptoms, please see your doctor urgently.
