If the tablet does not have a clear dividing line, the manufacturer has not provided for the possibility of dividing it. This may affect the uniform release of the active substance and the effectiveness of treatment.
Dividing such a tablet risks obtaining an uneven dose. If a lower dose is needed, it is best to talk to your doctor about switching to a different strength that can be safely divided. Please never share tablets without a clear statement in the leaflet or a recommendation from your doctor.
