At this link I asked a question about how ursopol had such a negative effect on my liver and drug/fat metabolism.
I had a healthy liver six months ago. The problem is that Ursopol changed something for me, because I got it for gallstones, not for the liver.
I would like to ask for an answer: what could he do with the liver if the tests got so bad..?

Ursopol (ursodeoxycholic acid) usually protects the liver, but in rare cases it can damage it. This most often happens with complete obstruction of the bile ducts, when cholestasis intensifies. Idiosyncratic toxic reactions are also possible, leading to an increase in liver enzymes. This is manifested by an increase in liver enzymes (ALT, AST, ALP, GGT), but rarely by more severe damage.
However, theoretically, it is possible.
However, as my colleague mentioned in the previous answer, the symptoms of liver damage may not result from the use of Ursopol, but from the progression of the underlying disease, which may have gone unnoticed earlier.
Side effects observed should be reported to the doctor, who will decide on further treatment.
