Should I continue therapy if I have sudden bleeding while using Zafrilla?

I've been taking Zafrilla for over 2 years. No bleeding. Now, at the weekend, suddenly a bleeding. Should I just keep taking Zafrilla now? What if the bleeding should become heavier?

Irregular bleeding may occur during long-term use of Zafrilla and this is usually not a reason to discontinue the drug. Continue taking the tablets as usual. If the bleeding becomes heavy, prolonged or you experience other worrying symptoms (e.g. severe abdominal pain, dizziness, weakness), you need to contact your doctor to rule out other causes and possibly adjust your treatment.
