What if I take a dose of lamotrigine 2x175 higher than the previous 100mg, I feel bad on the increased dose and the eeg comes out relatively ok, it is possible that the dose is too high if I feel bad??

Consult your doctor about the dosage, the dose has most likely been raised too abruptly. He or she will re-recommend the appropriate dosage, taking into account the discomfort you are experiencing now. Do not modify the dosage yourself.
The dose was that 2x100 for 4 years was good.low nagke2x 50 . And now it's raised to as much as 2x175 I'm taking 3 pockets I feel bad eeg it's ok I have pulsed shaking heat in my head...

As the dose increases, the risk of side effects increases. I don't know what ailments you have in mind exactly - among the side effects of lamotrigine there are, for example, headache (very common), lethargy, dizziness, aggression, irritability, nausea, vomiting (often). A full list of side effects can be found in the package leaflet.
If the symptoms appeared after increasing the dosage, the drug may be a potential cause of deterioration of well-being. I encourage you to consult your doctor and describe the symptoms, perhaps the dose was raised too quickly. After the interview, the specialist will assess whether the symptoms are related to the drug used and, if necessary, adjust the dosage of the drug and the rate of dose increase.
