After using Rhinogermin, there is no need to snot the nose, because the preparation works mechanically, restoring the natural biological barrier and supports the reconstruction of the nasal microflora.
It is recommended to use 2 doses in each nostril, twice a day for 7 days, with no breaks between applications. The preparation should be used according to the instructions, and each subsequent application after a few hours, preferably about every 12 hours, without the need to wait additional time after use.
After 7 days of treatment, you can, if necessary, repeat the use according to your doctor's recommendation, usually for the next days or months. The preparation is stored in the refrigerator and before each application, it should be shaken and left for about 15 minutes at room temperature.
