Gripex contains pseudoephedrine, which can raise blood pressure. Cardiac patients should avoid the use of combination drugs containing pseudoephedrine (e.g. Gripex, Ibuprom Zatoki, Tabcin). It is worth using naturally strengthening products, containing, for example, elderberry extracts, which are safe for patients with cardiovascular diseases, e.g. Grinovita forte, Verbascon. Rest and proper hydration of the body are very important.
