The procedure for stopping Pradaxa 150 mg before surgery depends on the type of surgery and the risk of haemorrhage. In standard cases, in patients with normal kidney function, Pradaxa is discontinued 24 hours before surgery. In other situations, it may be necessary to extend this time up to 4 days.
