It usually takes about 4-5 weeks for the body to get used to a new dose of the drug, although this time can vary individually. In the initial period of use, side effects such as abdominal pain, nausea, itching of the skin or changes in bowel movement rhythm may occur, which often disappear as the body adapts.

It is important not to stop treatment on your own, especially before visiting a doctor, as sudden discontinuation can worsen your condition.
