Is it possible that after the first use of Mounjaro in the morning, the sugar level was 215, while earlier with Xultophy it was below 130?

Hi I am using Mounjaro for the first time, the next morning I found myself with blood sugar at 215, with the old system I used xultophy 20 units and I did not exceed 130.
It is possible, thank you Andrea

Yes, it is possible, especially when starting to take a new medicine such as Mounjaro (tirzepatide). It may take time for the body to adjust to the new treatment, and sugar levels may rise temporarily.

It is worth monitoring your blood glucose regularly and consulting your doctor, who can adjust the dose or recommend additional tests. Do not change the dosage on your own without the advice of a specialist. If sugar levels remain high or other symptoms appear, prompt medical consultation is necessary.
