Should I stop taking Pylera if nausea and severe headaches get worse?

Since I've been taking the medication, I've been sick and have a headache, the headache is so bad that I have to take a crack migraine. I used to drink coffee, but you're not allowed to do that anymore. If the nausea gets worse now, I should stop taking the medication

The symptoms you describe – nausea and very severe headaches when taking Pylera – are among the possible side effects of this drug. Nausea, headaches, as well as a metallic taste in the mouth, diarrhea or abdominal pain are quite common side effects of Pyler. In some cases, the headaches may be severe enough to require the use of migraine medications.

As for drinking coffee, it is recommended to avoid drinking coffee immediately before or after taking Pylera during treatment to reduce the risk of stomach irritation and not to adversely affect the effectiveness of the therapy. It is best to keep an interval of at least 1-2 hours between coffee and the medicine.

The caffeine in coffee can delay gastric emptying, which can affect the effects of Pylera, so it's a good idea to keep coffee intake to a minimum during treatment, especially if it causes heartburn or other stomach discomfort.

Additionally, if you are taking migraine pain medications that may contain caffeine, be careful not to increase the effects of caffeine and unnecessarily aggravate side effects.

In the case of increasing nausea and very severe headaches that significantly worsen your well-being, it is worth consulting your attending physician. Your doctor may recommend that you stop treatment or modify your treatment, especially if your symptoms are unbearable and make it difficult to function on a daily basis. Do not stop treatment on your own without consultation, but seek help immediately if your symptoms are severe.
