Can I take Ibuprom if I vomit 30 minutes after taking Vydura?

After 20 - 30 minutes from taking Vydura 75 mg, I vomited. Can I now take e.g. Ibuprofen 400 mg or another pain reliever?

The recommendations contained in the summary of product characteristics allow for the possibility of taking classic painkillers such as NSAIDs (Ibuprom) or Paracetamol 2 hours after taking Vydura. Theoretically, the provision in the SPC does not indicate the risk of interaction.
