Should I continue treatment with Mysimba if I have vomiting?

Good morning
I've been taking Mysimba for 10 days. The first week I took only one tablet and for four days I have been taking two. Apart from a bit of nausea, the first few days I had no particular symptoms. Today, the eleventh day, I had episodes of vomiting but it could have been triggered by last night's fish. Can I continue to take mysimba or would it be better to stop it?

Vomiting is a side effect that has been reported very commonly with the use of Mysimba. Nausea and vomiting were among the most common reasons for discontinuation of the drug.
If you experience side effects, you should observe your body. If vomiting persists, intensifies, or other side effects appear, the current dosage should be consulted with a doctor.
