Both preparations contain herbal extracts and are used as an adjunct in the treatment of sinusitis. Sinupret is a drug, Renopuren is a dietary supplement. Both products can be used at an interval (several hours). Sinupret is taken 3 times a day, 2 tablets (or 1 tablet each for the Extract variant). One dose can be replaced with Renopuren hot.
