Yes, diarrhoea is one of the side effects seen in <1% of patients treated with itraconazole (the active ingredient in Itrax) during clinical trials. Side effects usually occur in the first weeks of treatment and resolve spontaneously over time. If you feel too uncomfortable and unable to function normally, you should consult your doctor.
