Flamin and Legalon may accelerate the metabolism of liver drugs, but there is no evidence of a significant weakening of the effects of Depo-Provera.
If you have doubts about the effectiveness of contraception, it is recommended that you use additional barrier methods (e.g. condoms) and consult your doctor for possible modification of the dosage regimen.
