Caution should be exercised when both drugs are used concomitantly - the anticoagulant effect may be intensified, thus there is an increased risk of bleeding. If both medicines are prescribed by the same doctor, please use them as prescribed. However, if they have been prescribed by two different doctors, who have no information about other drugs used, I recommend consulting the safety of the recommended therapy with one of them.
